People often ask me about the difference between life coaching and therapy. Life coaching takes where you are now, considers the past, and helps you move FORWARD into a brighter future in which you are a DIFFERENT version of the person that you are now. It’s a bold and brave journey of change and discovery in which you set goals and take the necessary action steps to reach those goals in a process that removes any and all barriers to you achieving those goals.
